Synthesis of phosphite ester antioxidant 626

Bis (2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite (antioxidant 626) was synthesized by a new process. The intermediate (2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl) dichlorophosphite ester was synthesized by the reaction of phosphorus trichloride with 2, 4-di-tert-butylphenol, and then the product was synthesized by the reaction of pentaerythritol. The effects of reaction conditions, types of solvents and catalysts on the yield and quality of the product were explored, and the optimum synthesis conditions were selected with toluene or xylene as the melting buds. The system maintained negative pressure to normal pressure, the first reaction temperature was 40-50 ℃, reaction 2.
